Description

Minors will be required to complete the parental consent form prior to attending the course. 

All participants including minors will be required to provide two forms of government issued identification. (One form must be photo issued ID)

All course forms and digital copies of the course manual are located in the web-site Library.

Registration is limited and will be based on a first-come-first-serve deposit requirement.
